*REGISTRATION FEE is required each season when enrolling for class(es). This reserves your child’s position in the class. Registration Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
*TUITION is based upon the number of hours of class per student, per week. It is figured on an annual basis & divided into equal monthly payments. Annual tuition includes lessons August through the Recital/year end program, in June. Most months have four class weeks during the month; however, other months have 3 or sometimes 5 class weeks. Tuition remains the same regardless of number of class weeks per month. No refunds or credits for missed classes. Classes missed due to inclement weather or sickness are not made up.
*PAYMENTS are due by the 7th of the month to receive your discounted tuition rate. If payments are made after the 7th, regular tuition rates apply. Monthly statements are not sent out. Please note it is your responsibility to pay your students’ fees when they are due. We accept cash, personal check, VISA, & Mastercard. You can bring your payment in to the office, pay online through your Parent Portal, or set up auto-pay for your monthly tuition payments. You must have a card on file in your Parent Portal. Unpaid tuition will be charged at the Regular tuition rate to the card on file on the 8th of the month.
